Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
So that we may accommodate as many of our clients as possible, we now require 24 hours notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling a scheduled session. This allows opportunity for another client to retain our services.
Clients who do not notify their therapist within the 24 hour time frame will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled session rate.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice (no-show) will be responsible for the full scheduled session rate.
To ensure proper communication of any schedule changes or conflicts, please CALL your therapist and leave a voicemail message if no answer. We accept cancellations by phone only!
As a courtesy, we remind clients of scheduled appointments whenever possible; however, keeping, cancelling or rescheduling the scheduled session is the client’s responsibility. Please help us serve you best by keeping scheduled appointments.
Late Appointment Policy
Clients arriving late to a scheduled appointment within the first 15 minutes of the session will still be responsible for the full session rate and the session will end as originally scheduled. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes will be subject to the above no-show policy. Please phone your therapist with any changes!
